5+ Impressive AI Tools for Youtube Marketing
Things you can do with AI for video optimization and marketing ARE impressive!
I thought I was doing too few fun tool roundups for my subscribers, so here I am fixing this!
This week’s edition is all about cool tools to help you with marketing your Youtube videos!
Here are incredibly fun and useful tools to ensure your videos generate organic clicks and views:
1. Create Youtube description: Gemini (FREE)
Creating a video description used to take a lot of time. Now all you need to do is to upload your video to Youtube and copy-paste it to Google’s Gemini with the following prompt:
Generate key takeaways from this video [URL]
ChatGPT won't work for this because it cannot access Youtube videos but Bard/Gemini is perfect for the task.
2. Generate Video Timestamps: Instant Chapters
Instant Chapters is a paid tool that generates Youtube timestamps automatically using AI. Simply provide your Youtube video URL and select how many chapters you want it to generate.
The tool comes with a free 7-day trial (which is unlimited). The credit card is required to activate. After that, it costs $9 a month.
3. Generate and Edit Videos from Prompts: InVideo
Invideo AI creates videos from prompts, narrates them for you, and lets you edit your videos by text prompts as well.
You need to use either Google Chrome or Edge browsers for the tool to work properly.
When creating a video you will need to select a “workflow” which is the style of your video: Youtube shorts, Youtube explainer, Recent events video, or a video from a script. You can then select the length of your future video (up to 15 minutes), and provide instructions on what the video should include, its style, voice-over settings (gender, English variation), and what background music should sound like.
You can then adjust more settings, like your target audience, look and feel, and your major platform.
Invideo will create a script, pick media, record voiceover, and provide you with a ready-to-download video. You can give it more prompts to add or remove content, change voiceover, or anything you can think of.
In my test, both the script and the voice-over were of impressive quality. I wouldn’t change a thing. The background media did need a few tweaks, but overall I liked the result a lot.
This tool is helpful for creating video intros, separate sections to break your video presentation, or a video summary of a long article.
4. Turn Text into a Dialogue-Style Podcast: HearTheWeb
HearTheWeb is a tool with fewer controls but the quality in my testing was very good. Just copy-paste your text (or provide your URL), select whether you want your hosts to be male or female, and let it do the rest.
The podcast is in the style of dialogue, with one person acting more like a host (introducing the topic and asking questions) and the other one acting as an expert discussing your topic based on the content you wrote.
You can edit the episode transcript and have the tool redo the podcast. In my testing, the automatically generated transcript needed no editing.
Of all the three tools I’ve tested, this one provided the best quality. It turned my content into an engaging conversation and required no editing.
The tool gives you a free credit to create one episode, after that, it starts at $15 per month which allows you to create 5 monthly episodes.
5. Generate Fun Captioned Shorts: Klap
Once you have your long video created, use Klap.app to automatically generate captioned versions of it to promote as Youtube Shorts, Reels, and TikTok videos. This is a great content repurposing tactic that now takes minutes to implement, thanks to AI!
Copy-paste your Youtube video URL and give it a few seconds to generate Reels. Each clip will have a title (its topic), transcript, and a virality score (10-100).
You can pick any clip and edit it to adjust the caption style and position. You can also crop the video. I didn’t have to make any edits because the tool did a great job with the clip. It even added relevant emojis to most captions. For example, when I was talking about how I learned SEO, it added books emoji to the caption:
Klap costs $29 per month for monthly 10 videos. There’s no trial or freemium version. You can generate your clips for free but you won’t be able to download any unless you subscribe to the PRO version.

Bonus: ChatGPT Prompts for Youtube Marketing
There are many more use cases here. To give some room for inspiration, here are ChatGPT prompts I use for Youtube marketing:
Turn this transcript [TEXT] into a well-organized summary with sections and subheadings.
Turn this transcript [TEXT] into a Twitter thread by pulling the most interesting quotes from it.
Create an engaging video title using this video script [TEXT]
Pull takeaways from this video transcript [TEXT]
Come up with an engaging Instagram caption using this video transcript [TEXT]
Turn this article into a video script [URL]
Tip: Most video tools provide free transcripts these days, including Youtube and Google Meet. With Bard, you can use the same prompts but provide a Youtube video URL instead of the transcript.
