The KPI point is the part I think local businesses need most. I recently looked at my own agency baseline and saw that a technically healthy site could still attract almost entirely informational visits. It changed the question from how much traffic can I create to how much useful demand can I earn and convert. Unique evidence creates a reason to click, but the landing journey still has to turn that attention into a clear next step.
